Addicted to Smoothies! (who isn’t?)

Hey guys !

So today I wanted to write a huuuuuge post (yes b’cus photos are life) about my addiction to smoothies and some smoothies I’ve made.

So let’s start with this healthy healthy option:

Green smoothie with spinach, pear and ginger

Yum.

Ingredients:

2 cups of spinach

2 cups of milk or coconut water

1 pear, chopped

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp ginger

Place all the ingredients in a blender and you’re good to go !

Cinnapear smoothie

Ingredients:

2 pears, chopped

1 banana, chopped

1 cup of milk

1 cup yogurt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of nutmeg

In the blender and done. You are welcome.

Pineapple, spinach smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

2 cups pineapple chunks

2 cups spinach

1 banana, chopped

2 cups of milk

1 cup of yogurt

Blend and boomm! Put some lovely assorted toppings and enjoy!
