I’m Georgina, a 22 year old flight attendant, brand ambassador and passionate yogi, born in beautiful England and living in the sunny South of France.

I’m here to tell you about my adventures, and why yoga has become such a big part of my life.

Why yoga?

I’ve been through quite a lot of difficult stages in my life, my mamma has had 2 cancers and is trying her best to get through this last one… she’s also been epileptic since she was a teenager. She’s not had an easy life but I’ve always been there for her and tried my best to make everything easier for her.

I moved to France with my parents and my brother when I was 9. This was a difficult stage because all I could say in French was Bonjour! Ça va? Je ne comprends pas… okay great, you try making friends when all you can say is that.

I started practicing yoga in 2016, I was looking for a hobby, something I could do everyday, and something that would help me evacuate stress.

Amazingly enough, after a few weeks of practicing yoga everyday, I became addicted and wanted to discover more. I started reading on the history of yoga, the different types of yoga, all of the different poses and benefits (all of this I shall share with you).

I’m not at the stage where I want to become a teacher, as I don’t have the time and I’m perfectly happy with my job I have now. But I think it’s definitely something that may happen in the futur, and in the mean time I can share tips and tricks with you.

In this blog I hope to talk about the benefits of yoga, the dos and donts, the different types of yoga, healthy meals, different poses, weight loss, and other amazing things that may help you on your yoga journey.
